Junior Engineer (Resilience and Security Consulting)

Role Overview

Join our interdisciplinary team in consulting and participate in the establishment and expansion of a new consulting field Resilience and Security Consulting. You will consult on security concepts for complex real estate and evaluate high-rise and electrical technical planning in terms of security technology.

What You Will Do

You will lead consulting, planning meetings, and quality monitoring of our own consulting approaches, identify planning and interface gaps, and detect optimization potential. You will also point out added value for all project participants.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or comparable qualification with a focus on Safety and Security
• First experience in the field of security consulting, TGA planning, security technology, or door management
• Knowledge of current or upcoming regulations (BSI Basic Protection Manual, BSI-Critics Act, Critic's Roof Act, EU CER Directive, etc.)
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment, and ecology
• Precise and analytical working method
• Fast comprehension combined with networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as good sense of people and matters
