No. HoldTalent is a curated job board. Candidates apply directly on the employer's website.

Do you use AI to screen or rank applicants?
Never. Nothing on HoldTalent is scored, ranked or filtered by an algorithm.
Do you guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act?
No. We are not a law firm and we do not certify employers. We are EU AI Act-aware and provide educational material so you and candidates can make informed decisions.

Is HoldTalent free to use?
Yes, always. No account, no fee, no paywall to apply.
Do you keep my CV or personal data?
No. There are no candidate accounts and no CV database. You apply on the employer's own site, and from there their privacy policy applies. See our Privacy Policy.
Where do the job listings come from?
Employers who post with us directly, plus roles we gather from public sources. A person reviews every listing before it goes live.
Are the listings current?
We check apply links every day and pull a listing within 14 days if the link stops working. Employers confirm a role is still open before it is published.
How do I report a job that looks wrong or fake?
Use "Report this job" on any listing. We read every report and remove or correct listings where needed.

How much does it cost to post a job?
It is free while we build the board. Paid listings will come later, and the price is always shown before you confirm.
How long does a listing stay live?
30 days. After that you renew it to keep it live, or let it close. Pricing is per 30-day listing.
How long does it take to get my job post approved?
During launch, most checks are completed within one business day once we have all the details.
Can I edit or close my listing after posting?
Yes. After review we email you a private link to update or close it at any time.
Can recruitment agencies post jobs?
Only if you are hiring for your own company, or you name the client in the listing. We decline blind agency ads and "apply to get matched" pools.
Can we post roles outside the listed niche?
We focus on Cybersecurity, GRC, Privacy & AI Governance. Broader roles may be declined or pointed to other channels to keep the board relevant.
Do you screen candidates or send us shortlists?
No. Applications come to you directly through your own link. HoldTalent is a job board, not an agency.
