Junior Engineer (m/f/d) Resilience and Security Consulting

Role Overview

Join our interdisciplinary team in consulting to participate in the establishment and expansion of a new consulting field Resilience and Security Consulting. As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for consulting on security concepts for complex real estate, evaluating high-rise and electrical technical planning, and identifying planning and interface gaps.

What You Will Do

You will lead consulting, planning meetings, and quality monitoring of our own consulting approaches, showcase added value for project participants, and complete further exciting tasks in areas such as Smart Building, BIM, Lean, and other innovative performance areas.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in engineering or comparable qualification with a focus on Safety and Security
• First experience in the field of security consulting, TGA planning, security technical systems, or door management
• Knowledge of current or upcoming regulations (BSI Basic Protection Manual, BSI-CriticsV, Critics Roof Act, EU CER Directive etc.)
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment, and ecology
• Precise and analytical working method
• Fast comprehension combined with networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as good sense of people and matters
