Jurist (w/m/d) Group Compliance Manager

Role Overview

As a lawyer, you will be the point of contact for all national and international corporate law matters, responsible for implementing and updating the compliance management system, and working on incoming notices and developing measures for prevention.

What You Will Do

You will advise on corporate law topics, support corporate housekeeping, accompany company formations and mergers, prepare and accompany board meetings, and implement shareholder resolutions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in law with first and second state law examination and focus on corporate law / compliance or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in commercial law, corporate law, transformation law, and ideally in the field of compliance and supply chain due diligence
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, solution-oriented working style, and a binding appearance
