Role Overview
Join our interdisciplinary team in consulting and participate in the establishment and expansion of a new consulting field Resilience and Security Consulting. Consult on security concepts for complex real estate with special security requirements.
What You Will Do
Evaluate high-rise and electrical technical planning, identify planning and interface gaps, and showcase added value for project participants.

You will lead consulting, planning meetings, and quality monitoring of our own consulting approaches, and have further exciting tasks in areas like Smart Building, BIM, Lean, and other innovative performance areas.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in engineering or comparable qualification with a focus on Safety and Security
- First experience in the field of security consulting, TGA planning, security technical systems or door management
- Knowledge of current or upcoming regulations (BSI Basic Protection Manual, BSI-Critical Infrastructure Act, Critical Infrastructure Act, EU CER Directive, etc.)
- Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment, and ecology
- Precise and analytical working method
- Fast comprehension combined with networked thinking
- Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as good sense of people and matters
