Senior Compliance Manager (Legal, Privacy & AI Governance)

Role Overview

We're looking for a senior generalist to own legal, compliance, data protection, and AI governance topics for the business; and to build a centralized function for procurement compliance and controlling from scratch.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities: GDPR & data protection, compliance, contract review, AI compliance, procurement, and ad hoc due diligence and project support.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on attitude and experience in compliance, privacy, or contract negotiation
• 5+ years in a generalist legal, compliance, or privacy role
• Solid working knowledge of GDPR and German compliance frameworks
• Fluent German and English
