Role Overview
The Compliance Delivery & Global Programme Manager will drive priority ES compliance implementation across North & Central Europe, establish programme governance and portfolio visibility, and enable local ownership and delivery capability.

The role combines hands-on delivery leadership with capability building and global programme coordination, leading complex compliance initiatives, mobilizing and coaching teams, and creating tools and reporting for leadership.

Requirements
- At least five years of experience leading complex programmes, compliance implementations, ES operations transformation or PMO/portfolio delivery within a large, matrixed organisation.
- Strong programme and project management capability, including scope definition, planning, milestone and dependency management, risk mitigation, governance and senior-level reporting.
- Demonstrated experience translating legal, regulatory or policy requirements into operational processes, controls, delivery plans and sustainable business change.
- Experience facilitating end-to-end process design and solution workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build delivery capability and accountability in teams that do not report directly to the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear decisions, reporting and leadership insights.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience working within ES operations, shared services, compliance, transformation or a comparable global function.
- Fluency in English.
