Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Privacy Counsel to guide Tripledot Studios through a remarkable period of growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the privacy and data protection practice of the in-house legal team, while also offering a platform for personal and professional growth.

What You Will Do

Build, implement and maintain Tripledot Studios’ global privacy and data protection program, policies and procedures. Monitor and advise on privacy and data protection risks and requirements across digital markets and platforms affecting the mobile gaming sector.

Requirements

• EU/UK/US qualified lawyer
• minimum of 7+ years of applicable experience
• strong generalist capabilities
• combination of law firm and in-house role exposure
• demonstrable experience working with consumer-facing technology monetized with adds and in-app purchases
• strong working knowledge of global privacy and data protection laws
• experience advising on data protection issues affecting mobile apps
• experience conducting data protection impact assessments
• experience managing data subject requests
• experience negotiating data processing agreements
• experience handling regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions
