IT Compliance Manager

Role Overview

The IT Compliance Manager will build and operate an information security management system (ISMS) and ensure the team's compliance with ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz. They will be the first point of contact for executives and teams regarding information security, customer compliance, and tool selection.

What You Will Do

The IT Compliance Manager will build and operate an ISMS, develop practical guidelines for AI governance, provide orientation on information security and customer compliance, and ensure that policies are lived and not just created.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in the field of IT security or compliance
• ISMS build-up experience
• Sovereignty & Communication skills
• Basic understanding of standards (ISO 27001 and/or BSI IT-Grundschutz)
• Technical basic understanding
• Pragmatic mindset
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills
