Role Overview

The Core Engineering is undergoing an AI-driven transformation to develop comprehensive processes that monitor, assess, and manage the risk of expected and unexpected events. The Risk Applications team builds top-class engineering solutions for critical functions, including leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows to compute the firm’s ongoing and stressed capital requirements.

What You Will Do

Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and autonomous agents, to improve risk management processes. Develop technical specifications, infrastructure designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, including a clear understanding of software design and core programming concepts
• 1+ year of hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI solutions
• Programming experience with at least one imperative language (e.g. Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
